Conditions for election of courses or group of courses

Students elect courses for an elective group and elective courses after passing the examinations from compulsory courses.

The method of election of courses from other study programs.

Student can choose one or two other elective courses, from the list of from the list of elective courses of Ph.D. studies in the area of public law organized by the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad. In special cases, student can, with the prior consent of the dean and the coordinator of the Ph.D. studies, choose one or two optional courses on the Ph.D. studies organized by some other complementary Faculty.

Conditions for transfer from other study programs in the same or related fields of studies.

 

Students can transfer from related Ph.D. legal studies on the Ph.D. studies in the field of private law, if they fulfill all enrollment conditions foreseen by law, Faculty Statute statute and other general acts.
