Born in Vršac in 1984. He graduated from the Secondary School of Music in Belgrade, than enrolled in University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law. In 2011 he completed the first degree undergraduate academic studies at the study programme General legal studies and acquired the professional title of Bachelor with honours of laws. He received his academic title of Master of laws with thesis "Legal State and Institutional Presumptions of an Independent Judiciary" in 2013, when he enrolled in doctoral studies with the mentorship of prof. Gordana Vukadinović, Ph.D. and then after her retirement prof. Dragutin Avramović, Ph.D. During his doctoral studies, he participated in scientific conferences, writing a number of papers. He defended his Ph.D. dissertation "Legal and Philosophical Foundations of the Theory of Social Contract" in 2020.

In 2012 he was elected Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad in the subject Theory of State and Law, in 2014 Teaching Assistant in the subject Introduction to Law, and in 2020 Assistant with Ph.D. He is the Secretary of the Department of Theory of State and Law. Since 2016, he has been participating in the organization of oratory competitions, since 2018 he has been training students to use the electronic legal database Paragraf Lex, and in 2019 and 2020 he was appointed President of the Executive Board of the international scientific conference "Legal Tradition and New Legal Challenges" which is held at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law. He participated in the work of the Legal Clinics and prepared workshops with which the Faculty presented itself at the Science Festival and educational fairs. As part of the Erasmus+ teachers exchange program, in 2018 he visited the Comenius University Faculty of Law in Bratislava.
