Slobodan Orlović, Ph.D., Associate Professor

Born in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1972. He studied at the Novi Sad Faculty of Law. After graduation (1997) he obtained the Master degree with master thesis Executive Power in Former Yugoslav Republics (2002). He earned the Doctor’s degree at the same faculty with doctoral thesis Principles of Power Division within the Constitutional Development of Serbia (2008).

At the University of Novi Sad he was elected for assistant professor and began his academic career at the Novi Sad Faculty of Law, Department of public law (2008). Before that, he worked in judiciary, in the field of finances and education. In that time he passed his bar exam (2000). For associate professor he was elected in 2013. He was the Vice-Dean for international cooperation, and since 2015 he is the Vice-Dean for science. Since 2013, he is the Editor of the Collected Papers of the Novi Sad Faculty of Law.

He speaks English and Russian language.

He is the author of more than fifty academic and professional papers in the field of Constitutional Law and two books.
