He was born in Slavonski Brod in 1976. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad in 1999. He obtained his LL.M. degree by defending the thesis ’The Concept of Administration in Serbian Legal Science’ in 2003. He obtained his Ph.D. degree by defending the doctoral dissertation ‘Relation between Government and Administration - with special reference to Serbian and German Law’ at the same Faculty in 2011.

He was elected to the position of Assistant-probationer for the course Administrative Lawat the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad in 2001 and to the position of Assistant in 2005 for the same course, at the same faculty.He was elected to the position of Assistant Professor for the scientific field Public Law, for the course Administrative Law, at the University of Novi Sad in 2012.

He had been the Secretary of the Department of Public Law from 2001 to 2003.

He participated in the international scientific conference dedicated to reform of the Government and the State Administration in the Republic of Serbia in 2004.

Areas of academic interest include: administrative-legal and political theory, science on administration, political philosophy, legal and political history and Orthodox theory.

He has published about fifteen academic papers.

He speaks English and German.
