Head of the Department

He was born on January 1, 1967, in Borovac, Municipality of Medvedja, Serbia. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac in 1992, where he laso defended his Master’s thesis “The Method of Determining Public Revenues in Serbia – Current Status and Trends of Change” in 2001, and his doctoral thesis “Taxes – Reduction of Tax Burden and Tax Evasion - with Emphasis on Economic Development” in 2005.

In October 2003 he was elected Lecturer at the Police College in Zemun. In 2005, at the Academy of Criminalistic and Police Studies in Belgrade, he was elected Assistant Professor in 2005, Associate Professor in 2008, and Full Professor in 2012 for the scientific field Economic Sciences, subject “Basics of Economy”. At the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law, he was elected Full Professor for the subject “Principles of Economics” in 2015.

Goran Milošević, PhD, is the author and co-author of a number of books and scientific and professional papers.

Born in Tuzla in 1985. She enrolled Law Faculty, University of Novi Sad in 2003, where she graduated in September 2007 as the best student in her class. After basic studies, she enrolled Master studies on Law Faculty, University of Novi Sad. At the moment, she is Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.

Since December 2008 she has been employed at the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad, firstly as teaching assistant for the course Financial Law, and later as an assistant for the same course. She defended her master thesis "Methods of Legal Evasion in Taxation of Revenue - Transfer Pricing and Thinned Capitalization" at the same university in 2009.

During studies she was awarded four times by University of Novi Sad for her success. From the second year until the end of her studies, she was a scholarship grantee of the Foundation for providing scholarship for talented students of the University of Novi Sad.
