Milana Pisarić, Assistant

Мilana Pisarić is born in 1984 in Novi Sad. She completed undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad in 2007. She defended master's thesis "Illegal evidence in criminal proceedings" at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad in 2010. She defended doctoral dissertation "Specifics of proving cyber crime" at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 2016.

She was elected for the narrow scientific field of criminal law at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad for  position of teaching associate in 2008, of assistant in 2010 and of assistant with a doctorate in 2017.

Area of scientific interest: criminal procedure, electronic evidence, forensics.

BBorn in Peć in 1984. He enrolled Law Faculty, University of Novi Sad in 2006, where he graduated in June 2010. In December 2010, he was admitted at the Faculty as assistant for Criminology. During studies, he was awarded by University of Novi Sad for his success. He was also awarded with “Gifted Students’ Fund” of University of Novi Sad scholarship, and won the award of University of Novi Sad for being the best student of Law Faculty (2008/2009).

He defended Master thesis „Manslaughter in a Head Passion – Criminology and Criminal Law Aspects“ in 2012, and doctoral dissertation „Individualization of the prison sentence –the criminological, criminal-law and penological aspect“ in 2017.

He is coauthor of 2 lecture textbooks and more than 80 scinetific papers.
Fields of interest:
Criminology, Criminal Law, Misdemeanor Law, Law of Economic Offences, Law on the Execution of Penitentiary Sanctions.
