Sloboda Midorović, Assistant

She graduated from Novi Sad Faculty of Law in 2010. In 2013 she received her LL.M. degree from Karl Franzens University of Graz with the thesis “The EU Regulation and the Hague Protocol on Maintenance Obligations and their Relationship to the Serbian Legal System“. In 2014 she enrolled master studies at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad. In June 2016 she defended her second master thesis “The Use and the Protection of Cultural Property – Civil Law Aspects”.

She passed the Bar exam and the Lawyer’s exam in 2012, after what she was admitted to the Bar Chamber of Vojvodina. From 2012 to 2013 she worked as a senior legal associate at the Development Fund of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. In 2014 she was elected for a teaching assistant at Novi Sad Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Law. Currently she teaches practical courses in two subjects: Introduction in Civil Law and Property Law.

During her studies she received numerous awards and scholarships.

Study visits: The Hague Academy of International Law in 2010 and 2011, University of Salzburg in 2011, European Forum Alpbach in 2011, Saint-Louis University in Brussels in 2013, Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2015.

She speaks English and German, and has a basic knowledge of French.
